Many customers I meet think that real estate is down and out but nothing could be farther from the Truth in Zirakpur and Mohali at least.
During the covid times, real estate just like any other industry was suffering and the sales slowed down.

I have studied the sales numbers for many projects in Zirakpur and Mohali.
I cannot disclose the number here due to the respect for privacy ( as requested by some builders) but these numbers are very good.
Especially the December, January numbers are very good.
Apartments in the range of 50 to 60 lacs are doing very well.

Which areas are seeing the most movement ?
Ready to move units are in very short supply in the city and the demand for ready to move is always strong in Zirakpur.
There are other areas such as Mohali sector 66 and the Airport road Mohali which are seeing strong demand and some very good projects on the airport road mohali.
