The 3+1 BHK (2284 Sqft) at El Spazia is a spacious and quite well-designed unit. The only thing that I would have liked better was the dining room, maybe it could have been a bit better designed.
The balconies in this unit as well are 6 feet wide and due to this ventilation and lighting will never be a problem in this unit.
