When I started this blog, It was, and still is a part time hobby.
I have been blogging for a long time but on other topics and in other domains.
Regarding Zirakpur and Mohali Real Estate I had been blogging on and off for about 3 years but then I stopped due to some reasons out of my control.
I restarted the blog only recently as a hobby and my blog is almost 5 months old today.
I have been blessed that my blog has taken off in such a short time. Many people have sent me messages telling me that they found my blog very useful.
This is especially true for outstation readers who want to buy a property in Zirakpur or Mohali.
Reader’s Matter
I write because I feel my insights can help people invest in the right products.
My blogs are always based on real life situations and customer queries in the real world.
Reader’s are always a publisher’s biggest asset.
I request my readers to engage with me via comments and emails if they like my blog or have somethings to share.
It is always heartening to see when readers engage with my content.
However, i must admit that less than 5% of pepole who read my blogs actually engage with me. Most people are just silent browsers.

My Future Plans
One thing I definitely plan to do in the coming future is write 3 blogs a week.
Online is a tough place to be in and unless one is not regular with their posts one doesn’t get any traffic on the blog.
In the last three months i.e. since 14th december 2020 to 14th March 2021, I have had more than 5000 page views on my blog.
This is quite a good number for a blog that is very new.
I am pretty sure that if I keep blogging I will reach a figure of 5000 page views per month very easily and very soon.
The bounce rate on my blog is very low and generally readers read more than 1 blog or product in one session.
So, i definitely intend to keep writing and adding value.
Presenting a neutral view
It is very important for a blogger to be unbiased while writing a blog. My blog and my services are only useful if I am honest in my thoughts and action.
I am very clear that only if the home buyer is at the heart of my actions will I be able to progress.
