For the past couple of months, I have been trying to develop some tools that will help smoothen the process for homebuyers on my blog.
I spoke to many of my past and current customers via email and phone and tried to create some easy-to-use resources that will help my readers.
This week, I have added a new section to the website. This section is called tools for homebuyers and the section provides six useful tools for homebuyers in the Zirakpur and Mohali region.
These six tools are:
Let me explain how these tools are designed to help you as a customer:
Real estate is not an industry that is known for being technologically savvy or very transparent. This scheduling tool will help you arrange site visits at all the major real estate projects in Mohali and Zirakpur with just a few clicks.
Once you have done your online research and have shortlisted a few projects you can book an appointment with the following tool.
The process completely cuts out the need for human intervention and places the power back in the hands of the customer.
You can rest assured that you will not receive unwanted calls. You may receive a WhatsApp or an email just for the confirmation of your visit and the contact person details on site.
You can check it out here: Schedule an appointment
It is quite natural that one will look at multiple options while deciding to purchase a property. One of the easiest to use tools is a comparison chart.
I also offer a paid service at a very reasonable cost that will help the customers compare properties on some of the factors seen in the image above.
If a customer wishes to do so himself or herself they can download the sheet and fill it up manually.
This sheet is quite a handy tool for the customers to use while comparing the different factors which one often misses when not in writing.

Get A Quote
Getting a great price on a property is every customer’s right. However, it is really difficult to get a rate from an agent or the builders unless you go to the site with a cheque.
I think this is a flawed model that needs to be changed. This is not the case in any of the other industries. In all the other cases one knows the price more or less beforehand.
I aim to play my part in bringing the same transparency in the local real estate sector.
If you have shortlisted a project, get in touch with me and I will provide you my final rate for the unit.
You will surely benefit, that is my promise.

Most people use youtube videos to check out sample flats of the projects.
While it is a good way to get the initial shortlisting done there is a better way.
Video tours as opposed to youtube videos are not under controlled conditions. You get a much better picture when talking to the sales team face to face.
You can check the sample flat, ask questions and more importantly check out the project site and surroundings at your own pace and under real conditions.
Especially in times such as lockdown video tours can be really handy. Video tours are also especially useful for armed forces personnel and clients who are outstation such as in Delhi or Himachal.
You can arrange video tours with multiple real estate projects here: Arrange a video tour with real estate projects
Pickup & drop
If you are coming from an outstation via train or if you do not have a mode of transport I can help you arrange a site visit with a pickup and drop facility.
Not all builders provide this facility but some do. If you wish to visit, however, I can set things up and you won’t have to worry about a thing.
You can get a pickup or a drop to a real estate project in Zirakpur or Mohali here: Pickup and Drop facility
I recommend that if you are new to the area or are planning to buy your first apartment in Mohali or Zirakpur you get on the phone and speak to me once.
I have helped many people buy their dream house and I have great google reviews. Kindly google Flatooz reviews and you will see.
I don’t charge the customers any fee for these consultations.
It is the duty of both the real estate professionals and the customers to promote fair and transparent practices.
I hope these tools will help facilitate this transition and more and more people will embrace technology to interact with stakeholders.
