Perhaps, one of my favourite project due to the location and unit plan, La prisma is a ready to move project where deliveries have already started and limited number of units are left.

Sushma Grande is one of my favorite projects in the tricity and has one of the best 4 bhk apartments in the city.
The apartment buildings at Sushma Grande have been designed in the shape of the letter X which allows north eastern winds to pass through without being obstructed.
It is also known as wind gush technology. It allows proper ventilation and sunlight in each room.
Sushma grande has 7 acres of lush green park and open spaces.
Sushma Grande is located on the Chandigarh Ambala national highway and has one of the most iconic commercial complex Sushma infinium attached to it. (The Sushma sign on the tallest building on the national highway)
Basement parking, volleyball and basketball court, lawn tennis courts etc. are some of the amenities that the project offers.

Hi greens is an under construction project in Peermuchalla, Zirakpur sector 5.
This project offers a variety of layouts (9 in total) and is a good investment option for the future.
Peermuchalla region has high population density and a lot of commercial and residential units.

Peermuchalla is just adjacent to Panchkula sector 20 and has connectivity to the upcoming Airport Road Mohali
DPS world school, Gurukul global school and DMART are within 5 minutes driving distance.

GHB Splenda
GHB Splenda is a unique product since it offers a 4 bhk in a stilt plus four configuration.
The project is a low rise project, approved by SBI, and slated for possession in July 2021.
This 4 bhk comes in two sizes and two configurations:
- 4 bhk (3 washrooms) : 1800 super area, carpet area is 1108 sq. ft
- 4bhk (4 Washrooms): 2050 super area, carpet area is 1293 sq. ft
